Frequently asked questions
How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new iPhone?
Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple Account, open Strenova and go to Settings › Restore Purchases (or tap Restore Purchases on the Pro screen). Pro is usually detected automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your App Store account settings on your iPhone (Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, or App Store › your profile › Subscriptions), choose Strenova and cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. You can also open it from Settings › Manage Subscription in the app.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
iCloud Sync isn’t working.
Check that: you have Strenova Pro; you are signed in to iCloud with the same account on all devices; iCloud Drive is allowed for Strenova; your iCloud storage is not full; and iCloud Sync is turned on in Strenova’s Settings on each device. Changes can take a little while to appear, and Strenova must be opened on the second device at least once.
Will I lose my workouts if my subscription ends or I turn off sync?
No. Your workouts always stay on your device. Ending Pro or turning off iCloud Sync only stops future syncing; nothing is deleted from your device or from iCloud.
How do I move my data to a new iPhone?
Either restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or use iCloud Sync (Pro) and turn it on in Strenova’s Settings on both iPhones.
How do I delete my data?
Delete workouts or exercises inside the app, or delete the app to remove everything from your device. To remove synced data from iCloud, go to Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage. See our Privacy Policy.
Which languages does Strenova support?
English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese. The app follows your iPhone’s language.
